Transfers outside the EEA #

Fastmail is based in Australia. Australia does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, but Fastmail applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and meets the requirements of the GDPR.

Linear is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection.

All other processors are based within the European Economic Area.
